2. Credit Report with payment history (payment history is what we use) We don't keep your info.
3. DMV paperwork showing who is the owner the RV.

Monthly RV Spaces from $850 to $950 a month plus electric. All Age parks, located at 1885 and 1975 Santa Rosa Ave. (707)544-6977 office. Please call between
8:30 Am and 6:30 Pm.
NO DUMP STATIONS, NO OVERNIGHTERS, MONTHLY ONLY
No RVs older than 10 years old accepted.
All spaces come with Electric, Water, Sewer and garbage. Phone, TV and Internet are thru the companies. Applicants must be registered owner of RV. Parking for 2 cars. Most of our RV spaces can handle up to about 34 feet max. We do have a few sites that can handle larger Rigs(Check for Availability). Please fill in the form to have an application emailed to you.
